Kickboxing

Matt & Kassan Spooner have been lucky enough to have been trained by some of the Worlds  greatest trainers & fighters in Boxing, Kickboxing & MMA  over the past 25years. Both Kassan & Matt hold multiple Black Belts in numerous Martial Arts. Their  “stable” of fighters include multiple State, East Coast & current undefeated Australian champions. We pride ourselves with the  high level quality  Athletes we have produced in both their technical ability & athletic performance.

Grappling

 Matt has over 17 years experience in the grappling arts, combining the best from Wrestling & Brazilian JuiJitsu to develop effective programs for multiple areas. Matt has been contracted as Self Defence Coach for Westfield Corporate Security  for over 15 years. He has also been contracted by Australian Wallabies & NSW Waratahs ARU Rugby Union for his knowledge in these areas, for both strength/conditioning & defence work. Matt is also currently working for the NRL West Tigers 1st Grade & Toyota Cup teams (pre Season) & The NRL Sydney City Roosters 1st Grade & Toyota Cup teams (in season).
