 Elite Strength & Conditioning was founded by Matt & Kassan Spooner in 1997. With the realization that 99.9% of information in the Fitness Industry was & still is, currently ineffective, out of date,non functional & often detrimental to a persons health! We decided that a drastic change was & still is needed in the way people exercise & view there nutrition.

  The mass produced personal  trainers out there in the “Globo Gyms” are accredited by organisations that have no knowledge of athletic performance, injury reduction/rehab, functional power & strength development , postural improvement/assessment & dietary guidance.

 We have development fitness/ strength & power programs that are measureable/accountable & prove whether or not our clients/athletes are making constant gains. Our programs are based on metabolic conditioning methods that are normally short/intense & infinitely scalable, so we are able to train anyone, from the elite athlete to the sedate executive “desk jockey!”
